My move device will not pair with my Samsung TV. I am able to pair the move with multiple different phones and I was able to pair another bluetooth speaker to the TV so I know the bluetooth works on the TV.
The Move shows up on the TV but when I try to pair it says can't connect, make sure the device is turned on.
Any ideas on what to do? I've had to do a factory reset on it twice already and I've only had it for a few weeks.

I would not reset your speaker, as I don’t see that helping with this issue… it’s likely to be the Bluetooth profile on the TV not being compatible… see these previous threads, the first of which suggests you should perhaps contact Sonos Customer Care...
