Move tweeter not working

Hi

 

I’ve got a Move (purchased Sep 2019) the tweeter stopped working - so all I could hear was mid-range and bass. After turning the speaker off and on - the tweeter worked again.

Has anyone seen this issue before/have any suggestions as to root cause?

Sonos OS: S2

Version: 12.0.3

Hardware Version: 1.25.1.7-2.2

For a potential hardware issue, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
