Move not working

I have been using our move for months without Amy problem. Now I have had installed 5 Ubituiti Wifi access points and the move has disappeared from the Sonos app.

I have tried re-booting it and it is still missing, very frustrating.

 

Kindly help.

Specifically: enable multicast support in the APs.
