Move bluetoth connection

When I bought the Move speaker I could connect it to my Samsung smart TV.

then one day I had a problem with the Move speaker and I had to reset it to factory settings.

i could conrector it to my existing Sonos system via WiFi, connect it to my iPhone and iPad via Bluetooth but connecting to my tv was not possible anymore.

my tv sees the speaker and asks me to pair and connect and then it says that the speaker can not be connected because it may be offline.

what can be wrong?

Sadly, I don't have any details I can give on this interaction. However, pairing the Move to a TV is not an intended use of the Move, and you might run into issues with audio being out of sync depending on how the TV processes its Bluetooth output.
