I’ve love my Move, however, on a couple of occasions, I have been using it for 7-8 hours and battery dies. Not a problem, BUT when I place it on the charger and it won’t power up so I can use it! Shouldn’t that work once it is placed back on the charger and plugged in????

Obviously, the unit should charge when placed on it’s charger, but there could be connection issues or the charger may have failed. I’ve found that it is possible to skew the speaker slightly on it’s charger ring and MOVE will not make contact. If you can measure voltage, check the voltage at the ring contacts. Proper voltage here is not proof that the charger is OK because a defective wire could limit the current. As a  test, you can also use a USB-C charger if it meets the specs given here.
