Low volume on one Play5, other Play 5 has no issues

I have two Play 5s. Regardless if using Sonos or the Spotify app, only one of the speakers plays music at regular volume. The other one I can hear really faintly. I have reset router, reset Controller and still no difference. I checked in aetttings and the two speakers are present and show Operating in boost mode. Any solution appreciated. Thanks

Do you have them paired as a stereo pair?
If they are stereo right now, I would split them up ("Separate Stereo Pair" in the room settings screen).
If they are not, I would try to pair them up and see if it continues.
