lost total connection

I have been very happy using Sonos. Apart from the connection to the Internet, I have 2 stereo sets connected and a Play5. Just recently my IPad is unable to get connected and on starting it every time asks for "Install new SONOS system" or "connect to existing system"

I have de-installed the app, tried to reset all devices but still am not able to get connected.

Please advise on getting my SONOS friend up and running again

Sounds like your ipad is not connecting properly to network. This happens a lot after IOS upgrades and network doesn't properly release IP addresses.

On your ipad go to settings and wifi. Go to your home wifi and tell the ipad to forget the network.

Then reboot your router.

Then go back on ipad and add back your home wifi

That should clear the duplicated IP addresses to the ipad and restore full connectivity.
