Lost Stereo sound with ZP100

I have a setup with 8 ZP100 zones. Its been working superbly for years. Recently, one of the players seems to have lost its playback ability via one of its channels.

If I change the speakers over, the same channel is dead and the other one is still fine, so that isolates the issue away from the speakers.

All other 7 zones are fine (and stereo), and music streams without an issue to all 8 zones.

Has anyone come across such a scenario. I'm hoping I don't have a half dead ZP100 on my hands 😞

I can’t think of any other possibility, unfortunately, but perhaps it would be best to submit a system diagnostic from your system, and call in to Sonos to discuss the issue. They may have a different insight based on the data in the diagnostic.
