Lost my playbase - diagnostic no 7965110

I have 3 rooms with Sonos in. 2 of them have play 3's in and are working fine but the other room has a playbase and 2 play 1's in. I have lost my playbase from the room and it won't connect and only one of the play 1's isn't working or connecting.

Hello there, Wayne Stead. Thanks for reaching out to us about this and for the diagnostic report. When you reboot the PLAYBASE, what happens to the LED on the top? Does it blink white then go solid white? If you were to plug this unit into the router using an Ethernet cable, does the PLAYBASE come back up?
