lost connection to spotify on my connect

I have successfully installed and been using a new sonos connect fir over a month. A week ago it started saying connection lost on my phone and coworkers phones. I have tried all of the trouble shooting, I am at a loss.

have you tried a router reboot.
whatever streaming music I choose it says connection to itunes-spotify-pandora lost
