Done resets several times with no luck.
Submitted diagnosis #7959838. Hope someone could help.

I have the same problem. Rebooted the router, all sonos devices, and removed/re-linked spotify account. Still brings up message "Cannot play XXXXXXXXX - lost connection to Spotify". Submitted diagnostics #8021399
