Also getting issues with lost connection. Just moved to Virgin Hub 3, and have Bridge connected to network via Devolo powerline adaptor along with my PC. Spotify plays on PC via screen speakers no probs, but the spotify connection to the sonos system is being lost. Have edited firewall to allow sonos.exe and unblocked everything. Uninstalled and reinstalled sonos software etc... but to no avail. Tried thernet direct from bridge to speaker but even worse. Diagnostic 1685599959 sent just now. Please help!

Hello brokenspoke, it's unfortunate to hear that you're having issues with Spotify playback on Sonos. Thanks for providing us with that diagnostic report. Is the BRIDGE still connected directly to the router or is that now back into one of the Devolo devices?

What happens if you disconnect the BRIDGE entirely and connect that PLAY:5 directly to the router. We'd like to see if the dropouts persist in that configuration.

Let us know, and if they do, please send through another diagnostic report for us.

Recently upgraded to VM Hub 3 and moved router position. Have used a Develo powerline to run PC and Sonos bridge. Spotify plays on PC no problem, but keep losing connection on Sonos when both using Sonos windows app and also direct from spotify on the PC. Have moved bridge and plugged into router directly but still no progress. Firewall has been updated, have reset all hardware, even put ethernet from bridge to speaker (but that almost crashed sonos completely). Any words of wisdom out there?

Changed defaults to Firewall only on VM 3 hub, so no port filters. Used ethernet directly to Hub, also allowed more incidences through PC firewall (ESET). After a few days it seemed to work, so far....
