I have multiple old ZP100’s throughout my house. They work amazingly. But the other day one of the rooms disappeared. It hasn’t been moved, so I don’t think there’s any wireless interference. Also if I go into the Spotify app, I can still select that room as a source and it plays clearly, just not in the sonos app. Here’s what I’ve done to try and fix it:
Disconnected the room, multiple times
Restarted my router
Changed the wireless channel
I even moved the ZP100 to a different location and even tried hardwiring it to the router. No luck
I submitted a diagnostic, the number is 2027934241.
Any other ideas?
