Losing connection from Sonos and Spotify

Keep losing connection.... re added accounts, but problem stays...

Hi Henk12, welcome to the community. I can see you've also contacted support by email about this, and I took a look at your diagnostic number there. It seems you're experiencing an issue we're monitoring with Spotify which is affecting your connection to their servers. This should actually be fixed by a simple restart of the whole Sonos system Just power everything down for a minute, and then back up again, and it should work as usual. Please reply here with a new diagnostic if that's not the case.
