Linking devices to account

I recently purchased a new connect amp & when I went to add it I was asked to create an account linking all of my devices to that account. The app sees my older devices saying it needs to link them but it then fails to do so saying try again later. I can use my existing devices still but not my new one. I can't submit diagnostics as that also fails.

Try hooking one of your current devices via Ethernet to your router temporarily and see if it all communicates and updates better.
They are already connected via ethernet
