Just set up the Play Bar and keep getting errors when trying to connect to Amazon & Google

So I go through the steps, sign in to my respective Google Play Music and Amazon Prime Music accounts through the Sonos App on my Galaxy Note 4, and it will not connect. I keep getting the message "There was a problem adding the Google Play Music/Amazon Music account. A connection to Google Play Music/Amazon Music could not be made."

Been trying for two days straight with no luck. No problems connecting to my Pandora or Sirius XM accounts.

Sorry for the late reply, but were you able to resolve the issue? Sounds, like a DNS problem or running a VPN.
