I have a new Symfonisk that I wanted to join to an existing group (1x SONOS:1, 1x Connect). I initially had trouble setting it up via wifi. I connected it to the router via ethernet cable and it is now visible on the SONOS controller app. However, I can’t join to the group of SONOS:1 and Connect. It plays fine by itself. But no matter what order I try the GROUP function it doesn’t work. Not on Mac, not on iPhone.
What am I missing here? All three show up in ROOMS, but the GROUP function works neither individually with the SONOS1 or Connect, nor with an existing GROUP of SONOS:1 and Connect. I would be willing to start from scratch on the Symfonisk. How do I reinitialize it to do that?
