iTunes playlists not working in Sonos

I updated my Mac and iOS devices yesterday for the new Apple Music, but I have not activated Apple Music. Today, my iTunes playlists are not appearin in Sonos. I re-indexed my library, but that did not fix the problem. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Same issue February 2017 - new iMac and the workaround that has worked for years now does not. Itunes 12.5.5.5 and copying the library.xml file to the external drive where the library is and indexing that does not work. They show up on list but when I go to play "unable .." - Need help. What happened to Sonos support. I have been user fr 10 years and now no help on weekend - really disappointing. Any ideas?
