Itunes Playlists Gone?

I know the suggested fixes for importing music and it seems easy enough. My issue is my Itunes playlists. I have a lot of them and I want to keep them. I cant listen to them using Sonos and its really frustrating because that's the only reason I bought sonos... to play songs on my phone using itunes. I had a bluetooth connection that worked and a headphone jack coming from my home theater receiver. Guess old school is once again the best school. Big middle finger to you Sonos for sticking it to your customers like this. Any fix for importing playlists?

You have to install iTunes on your PC/Mac, download your iTunes library to the location you choose (PC drive, Mac drive, NAS drive, or thumb drive connected to your router). Then add the library (and iTunes playlists) by following the instructions on this link:

You can also upload your library to Google Play Music, and it will import your iTunes playlists.

And PS, it's not very effective to give a "big middle finger" to the people you are asking for help. Not very adult, either.
