I have had Sonos for about 7 years now and it has worked very well with my iTunes library. I recently updated iTunes and Sonos and now have developed a problem. Sonos will not update with iTunes and longer and when I tried to start over (delete music library and then add it again) I get the error message Sonos was "Unable to add the shared music folder". Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Hi, bluemoon. Can you attempt to add the folder again, wait for it to fail, then submit a diagnostic? Please be sure to respond with a confirmation number. This way we can examine the report that will be generated. Thank you in advance.
