Issues with Napster

I spend more time trying to re- download music than listening, its always "Connection lost to Napster" ready to say bye bye Napster

Your Napster issues are likely solvable, the first step would be to wait for the problem to happen again and submit a diagnostic to Sonos. Call the number in, post it here or use the Sonos Twitter to pass it to them. It will allow them to look at the internal issues and possibly get you a solution.

I listen to Napster almost exclusively, it is faster and easier than my local library and in most cases has more of the artist's work. I can't recall the last time I had a connectivity issue that wasn't my local network or my cable company dropping the connection.
