Issues connecting

I recently updated my phone and now I can’t connect to my Sonos. Is this a common issue and how do I trouble shoot it. I’ve rebooted my modem, each individual speaker, and my phone.

No, it’s not a common issue.

What did you update your phone to? Are you certain that the phone is still connecting to the same 2.4Ghz wifi signal that your Sonos are connected to?

iOS 13.1.3

Wifi hasn’t changed. 

I typically play TuneIn stations and currently have no connection.

I rest my Boost and now I have connectivity. Thanks

Rebooting things tends to help, frequently. Glad you got it resolved.
