Issue connecting CR200

Can’t get the Controller CR200 connected to my multiroom system running on S1 sw. I have one Play 1 wired to the router and connecting procedure starts but do not find the system. So most likely system versions do not match, possible to downgrade the system to get the controller connected and then update all back up again?

My system is running on the latest 11.2.8 version.

It’s not something the user community, or Staff here, are likely able to assist you with.

If I remember correctly, the CR200 controller device is no longer a supported Sonos product - so I suspect you may have rather limited-options with those very old devices, but that’s just a guess on my part.
