Intermittent playback interruptions

In regard to the diagnostic submission 7691028.

While audio is playing from my tv on my playbar, sub and surrounding Play 1s the audio momentarily cuts out every few minutes. Additionally, when grouping rooms to include my Play 5 the audio often has intermentant interruptions. The wifi connection is very strong and consistent.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

Hello william.croft welcome to the community. Looking at your diagnostics, the PLAYBAR seems to detect the audio stops quite often. Does this issue happen if the PLAYBAR is connected directly to a different device, rather than the TV? (e.g. TV Box, game console, streaming box, DVD/Blu Ray player)

If so, can you replace the optical cable with a new one?
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! I think it has to do with the playback bandwidth not being able to keep up with the HIFI signal buffering. Which would explain why when you are streaming a YOUTUBE video thru the playbar to other parts of the house--it cuts out every 20 to 30 seconds. My question to Sonos is---does a boost work to eliminate that error?
