Intermittent audio when skipping songs

Hi all,

often when I skip songs played via Spotify, the music cuts out on one or multiple speakers. Usually at least one speaker starts playing the new song right away.

Sometimes it takes up to a minute to play on all speakers, and it appears that muting and unmuting the speakers helps at times, but not always.


This happens both when streaming via Spotify connect and through the Sonos app directly.


Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Most threads I could find are about issues with Spotify skipping songs, but that’s not an issue over here.

I already changed the wireless channel of the router, with no change in behavior.
