Installed a Boost still cutting out

I just installed a boost to my system as I was having intermittent problems of cutting in & out on the speakers. I was under the assumption that the boost would correct this issue but it has not. :( I have 6 play 1, 2 one SL, 1 beam & now 1 boost. What am i doing wrong? My diagnostic confirmation number is 307296324.

Hi.  A Boost is not a solution to every problem on Sonos.  It depends on the cause of the problem.  

I assume the Boost is the only Sonos device wired to your router?

Please check in the app under ‘About My System’.  Do your speakers have WM:0 or WM:1 next to them?
