I have a sonos beam, and two play ones. I have these hooked up to my LG 65 inch flat screen. Everything was working fine, but now I cannot control the volume from my LG magic wand, or, the remote control from Xfinity. I can control the volume from my iphone through the Sonos app. I must have accidentally hit something, and now I cannot control volume through either remote. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
The Sonos app (osx and ios) is blocking explicit songs from playing from Spotify. I have done some research online but haven't found anything helpful. Checked my settings in both sonos and spotify and don't have either set with parental controls. Screenshot...https://cl.ly/fae8ea991252

I have a 5.1 surround setup with playbase, sub, and 2 Ones as well as an additional One in another room. All are connected to a Sonos Boost. Lately the audio cuts out constantly, regardless of whether I use airplay, Spotify connect, or Spotify directly in Sonos app. I tried all debugging options (reboot, change channel, careful positioning of devices). Can someone take a look at the diagnostic and help determine what is going on? Ref number: 58425185
When I open the Sonos app, it says one of my speakers is unplugged. All of them are plugged in and have a white light on. Also, the app will not leave this screen(see pic) When I hit room settings nothing happens. I have a beam and a set of play 1 speakers. The diagnostic report number I got is 1111807343 please let me know what I can do.
When playing a piano track on my Jamo 803 (8ohm 100 watt rms) speakers through the Sonos Amp, the lower keys make the speakers crackle (any volume). Turning the bass down all the way seems to help some, but it is unbearable to listen to. I tried the same track, on the same speakers on different amps and non of the others do this. Is this a characteristic of this AMP? I even tried other speakers, and they all have the crackle with piano. It could be playing on YouTube, Spotify, .mp3 through my Mcintosh or anything, even bluetooth. Drives me bananas! Thanks everyone!
New home and new to Sonos since July 2019. In the boonies and internet is via unlimited (truly unlimited) cellular, average speed 35. weBoost to bring in cellular signal and Eero Pro mesh to extend through home. Sound up by Sonos dealer. All fine for a while. Then sound cuts out on playbar… cuts out almost as much as it’s on. No issues with playbar sound for TV (Dish Network). Have: Family room - playbar, sub, amp w/ ceiling speakers. Outdoor patio - amp w/ ceiling speakers. Portable- Sonos One SL. Whether alone or grouped together the playbar continues to cut out while all else continues to play. Everything looks good in the app. All speakers are always shown. Says connected to network. However, in Eero app, all Sonos components say Offline. I’m a complete novice here. I’ve tried many things I have found (within my ability) online regarding the cut out issues. I did do a diagnostic, although it did say to wait for it to be asked for. But oops… confirmation # 138600892. Help would be g
Good morning all, I have had the most frustrating experience trying to update two out of four Sonos speakers over the last two months and the solution discovered almost by accident points towards the Fingbox. I have been unable to update a Play 3 and a Play 5 speaker for some time, they regularly failed with different error numbers every time that pointed me to a very generic and useless Sonos support page. I had tried everything suggested there: moving closer to the speaker, turning off all the other speakers, plugging it directly into the router etc. What was strange was that I couldn’t even submit diagnostics to Sonos either as that failed as well. So, I then disabled and then physically removed the pi-hole I have installed on the network as I thought this might be blocking something but again, this did not help at all. Days had turned into weeks, which had turned into months and I had still no progress. So, a final attempt last night before telephoning Sonos this morning yielded a

I trying to reenable my sonos app and I get "opps there was a problem, we're having trouble connecting to sonos right now, close browser , try in few minutes" after entering user i.d. & p.w. in the Alexa app on my android phone. I restarted phone same results 3 times. Then uninstall sonos app on phone, reinstalled, enter i.d., p.w. and same results... Help...:D
Hi All, I know it’s an age old problem but nothing I try seems to work. I’ve got a Samsung Blu-ray player set to re-encode to Dolby 5.1 connected to an LG B8 set to “auto” under optical sound output (the other option being PCM). No matter what I do Blu-ray Discs Come through to the Sonos setup as stereo (I used to have a Samsung tv and it came through as 5.1, with a clear difference in audio quality). PS4 games come through in 5.1, as does Sky. Weirdly if I put a Blu-ray in the PS4 it switches to stereo but I thinks that’s because it can’t encode DTS to 5.1. Using a Playbar, sub, and twin ones as rears. Any suggestions would be great. I’m close to just selling it all and buying an AV amp. I find it unbelievable that such an expensive system is so difficult to get working properly. Sonos should be ashamed of themselves.
Hello there Have been using Sonos products for years now. I have 2 play ones (older generation) and a PlayBase for TV surround system I also have 2 play fives (older generation) used in an entertainment area. Have always been very happy with my purchases…..until recently! About 2 months ago I took the plunge and also brought myself the new Sonos Move speaker (which was quite a bit of money to outlay!) . The main reason I wanted the Move was so I could enable Airplay2 on the Move speaker and then believed (as advertised by Sonos) I could then group my older Non Airplay2 compatible speakers to my new Move speaker, and I then “supposedly” have Airplay2 on all of the grouped speakers. …………...So much for that idea! I even coughed up more money again again to replace my old Sonos Bridge with a new Sonos Boost, hoping that the new Boost would help with the problems I’m having . Now after spending very close to $800 Australian Dollars! I have a system that doesn’t perf

I have recently purchased a Beam, Project Essential 3 Phono Turntable, Port, and some records. I would like to play them through the beam. I’ve done all the necessary setup, added the port to my room, and the TT plays fine. Gold plated RCAs from pre-amp to port, port sends to Beam, volume is good. The issue is that the sound quality makes my ears bleed. The highs in particular are completely distorted (think Adele singing through a blown tweeter). I have done the following to troubleshoot, to no avail: Checked all wire connections Changed the source level around from Level 2 AV to Airplay, etc. Makes the distortion worse the higher the level/ audio. Played with compressed vs uncompressed audio setting Ensured the TT is set to line-out (vs. phono out) Played media on my phone through the line-in source of the Port (3.5m to 3.5m), audio sounds great. Tried to ground the attached grounding cable on the RCAs to the TT Is the beam truly not meant to play records in the setup I’ve descri
When trying to play music, after 1-10 minutes, the music is stuck and all speakers stop working, only way to kill the sound is to unplug a speakers. I have tried to reboot all speakers (2 play one and one sub) but one of the speakers just wont reboot (after 10 hours unpluggued when connecting it back the light went straight to full white again. Any other action i should try?
