Hi,I am using Sonos V2 on PC running Windows 7.I updated Sonos a few days ago and my USB settings on my PC were changed by the update. Nothing else on this PC has been updated or changed in months. Now the USB port power stays on even when the PC is shut down. I need to power go off when the PC is shut down, I have a device that powers down my speakers, monitor, etc when the PC is off.I would like to know how to change the settings (that were changed) back so my USB powers off when the computer is shut down.Thank you,Morty
Here we are almost 1 year on chasing customer support and Sonos will still not acknowledge the fact I have faulty products even when I have moved property and WiFi provider the problem persists with the faulty equipment. 1 year of chasing is unacceptable and pleading with them! All they do is not reply for weeks and then pass me over to someone new and we begin the cycle over and over! This has become to much and has in all honesty really effected my mental health during a global pandemic due to the negligence of Sonos Support. I have spoken with trading standards and financial ombudsman about purchasing from Sonos, for anyone interested happy to share more details as you will be within your right to seek legal action if you are facing similar issues. I hope this year someone acknowledges the horrendous support and acknowledgment for consumer well being! I am going to paste some of the responses I have had from different people at Sonos who have outright stated they don’t care and
Good morning and a happy new year to the Sonos community. My issue is that after I have powered-on my Sonos speakers, I get no sound from my Sonos One SLs while watching TV until I have repeated the TV Setup in the Sonos 2 app.Music is fine, just TV.For info:TV is LG 55 CX
I have 4 zones/rooms, and I cannot consistently switch between rooms using either the iOS app or the PC app. As a 10 year Sonos user, this basic functionality is clear to me but after power cycling the router, waiting overnight and then trying to play in a specific room, the music will continue to play in the former room that I have unchecked and won’t change over to the different room. The zones/rooms are not dropped, they are visible in all apps.I run S1 with a legacy Play5, a legacy Connect:AMP, a new Amp and a supported old Connect:AMP, with the amplifiers powering only 1 pair of speakers.
Hi AllI've been having some issues with my Sonos network. By manually selecting my WiFi channel (1,6 or 11), I can get the system working perfectly. However, after a while of working fine, one or more of the speakers will disappear from the app and can't be found. By manually changing my WiFi channel again to a different channel, the system reappears in full (without the need to do any reboots, reinstalls etc.). It's frustrating as I can't find a permanent fix. Any help gratefully received!Thank you.
I have two Sonos Ones stereo paired and have connected to my Apple TV (running tvOS 15.2) and when I select the Audio output to Living Room (my stereo pair Sonos Ones) I only get sound out of my right speaker. The left speaker is completely silent. This is not an issue when listening to music via the stereo pair on the So is app, just when using Airplay on the Apple TV. I changed the Apple TV format to Stereo but that didn’t work as well. Wondering if there is a
Hi,Anyone else having a “volume way too low” problem when listening to an Amazon Music Station and an Atmos track starts playing just after a non-Atmos track?I've had this issue since Atmos Music was launched by Sonos & Amazon last December. I have been in constant contact with Sonos support since then, but they weren't able neither to acknowledge the problem nor to fix it.What I know is that if I simply pause this Atmos track (which I can't barely listen to) and then resume it, the “volume way too low” issue is gone… until the next Atmos track comes in :-(I'm trying to find out a pattern for troubleshooting.
I am playing music from iTunes on my Mac thru 2 Sonos speakers that are wirelessly connected to the same router that my Mac is using. There is nothing in this arrangements coming in off the internet. The router is connect to the internet but not using it for this setup]. Yet, periodically, I'll get a few seconds gap in the sound out of the speakers. There are no error messages. If the music was coming off the internet, I could say it was over demand on the internet but since it is not...Any ideas???
Hey everyone. I have a problem. I uss two Play:5's hooked up to a Shield TV (Android TV box). When I play something it generally works flawlessly, but sometimes it just doesn't play the audio (when I check the app it also shows that the speakers are paused -- if I unpause the sound resumes). Sometimes when I resume a movie it works, sometime if doesn't (without changing a single thing -- strange!). This is very annoying when f.e. watching a movie and having to find your phone, open the Sonos app and manually click on play. I use a USB DAC (Creative X-fi 5.1).-Autoplay is turned on (off has no effect)-DAC>Input cable is of good quality and only 60cm long-Adjusting source level doesn't seem to make a difference Please, suggestions. Frustrating problem.
I have two Sonos ONE SL set up in stereo mode in one room, and a Sonos ARC in another room. Both don’t work with AirPlay 2 from a MacBook Pro.The spakers are set up correctly and I can play using Spotify Connect from the iPhone app and from the Spotify desktop app. There is no audio coming through AirPlay 2 though, no matter what I try the connection is established (as visibile from the app reporting that AirPlay 2 is initiated) but there is no audio at all. Also volume controls and play/pause seem to work, yet no sound. I have submitted diagnostic information # 1477170668.
We were wakened at 3:00am with the playbar playing frankie valli oh what a night. It's a track that hasn't been played in a long while in our house. Diagnostic 598446109 Device was definitely not playing when we went to bed and nothing in the Alexa logs to suggest it was
Hi all, thanks in advance for your help. Here’s the setup:1 Sonos Connect2x Play 1 Speakers2x Technics 1200 mk21 Rane TTM 56S mixer Issue: Playing vinyl from both turntables through one play speaker for years, no problem. Sonos connect plugs to Master Output plugs on mixer.Today, paired a second Play 1 Speaker; now only the right turntable plays through both speakers, and the left turntable only coming out of the one original Play speaker. Thoughts?
The Sonos App (IOS) will not find my Sonos system in certain rooms. This is my setup…SKY Q Router in the HallwaySonos One in the Living room (wired to router through powerline ethernet)Sonos One in the Kitchen (wireless)Sonos Play:1 Playroom (wireless)Sonos Play:1 Bedroom (wireless)The Sonos App on my phone will only find the Sonos system if I am in the Living room. When I open the Sonos app in the kitchen (or even next to the router in the hall) it can’t find the system at all. I had the same issue when all Sonos devices were wireless so I thought I would try to use SonosNet by hardwiring a Sonos ONE to the router. I am still having the same problems.Any advice please?

I'm having a number of problems with my system.- Will occasionally stop me from adding or removing systems from a playback group.- Systems are disappearing, before randomly returning.- Playback is stopping, or music is repeatedly restarting. All in all I'm getting more and more frustrated with Sonos.
Hi,I have a Beam, 2 x One and Sub plus a Roam grouped. If I am watching Sky Q but then decide to play a track on Spotify via my iPhone connected to the grouped devices and then stop the track to return to Sky Q programme I lose the sound? The only way I can get audio to return to Sky Q is by powering TV off. Is there a more graceful way of doing this? I expected it to happen automatically with having to power TV on and off. Thanks in advance.
HiIf anyone can help...I have used Spotify for a couple of years.Just bought a Sonos One SL and downloaded the Sonos App.I transferred my Spotify stuff into the Sonos App.. This includes a couple of my own playlists. When I press ‘play’ or ‘shuffle’ to access my playlists, a message comes up, ‘Unable to add songs to the Queue’. Therefore, I am not able to listen to my playlists!Does anyone know what I can do about this? It seems a strange problem. Thanks for your time.D
Hey there! I’ve set up Pocket Casts but no matter what I try, Sonos doesn’t return anything when I search on it. I’ve tried finding podcasts on the Pocket Casts mobile app, starring them, etc. and reauthorising Sonos… but nothing works. Am I missing something obvious?
I recently set up a Sonos system in my living room that consists of an Arc, a Sub (Gen 3), and two Sonos One’s. Yesterday I had to update the firmware of my router as it was having connectivity issues, and the speakers disconnected after the update. I updated the WiFi the system was connected to via the Sonos app, and all the speakers were able to successfully reconnect except for one of the Sonos One’s. I reset the Sonos one by holding the button on the back down until it flashed green, and the set it up through the Sonos one app. When it asked what room to add it to, I chose the “Living Room” which the other 3 products are a part of. However, for some reason it added to its own new Living Room, called “Living Room 2”. How do I get this Sonos One speaker added to the existing Living Room with the other 3 speakers?
