Im building a new house and wanted to build Sonos into it.I currently have a Sony Bravia 4K UR3 TV which is connected to a Beam Gen 2 via eARC.Connected to the Beam are a Sub (gen3) and Two One’s as surround (I also have another 4x One SL’s on their way).I have been through various fora looking for the answer, I have tried with the TV output settings: Audio Output, A/V Sync. eArc, Passthrough etc.Restarted the TV and Beam.My usual Freesat viewing is not affected at all. It’s Discovery Plus and Netflix I have a problem with.. the audio is delayed ?Does anybody have any idea how to get around this problem, it’s sooo annoying to me :(
I have recently moved and after setting up my Sonos system in my new apartment I am experiencing various issues with the system. I've not experienced any big issues with Sonos before but now more or less everything is malfunctioningI have two Sonos one speakers that I cannot include in my system. I have made factory reset of the units and added them several times without success, after addition I receive a message that they might not show in the Systems tab and I need to unplug the speaker for it to show up but they never show. I have also used the Find missing products function but it does not help. When starting the Sonos app, it often shows Cannot connect to the system. After a minute or two the greyed out Account and System tab starts flashing and after some time it is connected. Search function is randomly not working (spotify is connected) Even though when I am playing Spotify through the Sonos app the search function is indicating “No service connected” when I search. The Voice

I have two (2) Sonos One speakers paired with Beam. For quite a while these have acted as surrounds for my Beam, however today I noticed my right speaker was blinking a white led. I tried to identify this but all I can find for blinking white is the unit is rebooting. I hard reset the One speaker and returned it to factory. Once blinking green I can add the speaker to my room. This works fine, and I can play music on the speaker just fine. Now the issue comes when I tell the Sonos app to add the two Sonos One speakers as surrounds. The app plays music on the left speaker, I select that speaker in the graphic on the app and say continue. I wait a little bit and the join as surrounds fails and the left speaker is now flashing with a white led. It appears this speaker gets stuck in a reboot loop at this point. I’ve been through this process about five times. And nothing seems to matter, as soon as I add the speaker as a surround it fails the add and starts back in to the reboot loop. Fl
I have been trying to update my sonos one to version 12.2 without any luck. I have tried all the recommended fixes,•Moving closer to the router •Plugging in the speaker to the router •Factory reset on the speaker and then trying again. All of these haven’t fixed my issue with the update and I still get the Error 30 when I try to update the speaker. As I live in Belgium there is no customer care contact that I can get in touch with to help. All my other speakers have updated no issue and all are running on the S2 app If you have any idea on how to fix it I’d love to hear them, thanks Ben
So here’s a head scratcher I would appreciate some advice on. I was moving one of my old surround Play:1’s to do some cleaning and accidentally dropped it. Luckily, it landed flat base down on the rubber feet and it was quite a thud but structurally, it seems to be fine and it still plays. Now when it’s being used at normal levels, it’s fine but the woofer starts creating an audible speaker buzz when playing back at certain low frequencies and volumes (above 30%).Confusing more still is the fact that as it’s playing , I can feel a fair amount of air pressure from the driver being forced out of the ethernet port at the back as it’s playing (?!?!). I’ve checked my other Play:1’s and they nothing of the sort. What’s interesting is that when I “plug” the Ethernet port with my thumb and try to create a seal, naturally the air escaping is reduced but then the buzzing from the speaker on the lows and loud reduces as well (as far as my thumb prevents air from escaping). When I remove my thumb,
Hi,I have noticed that my Sonos system is using a lot of bandwidth. Does anyone would know why?97GB in the last 7 days. Unless this is local traffic (on my Wifi). What would create this? I am not streaming radio or music through the Sonos app. I only use the Sonos system as home cinema. Thanks for your help, Charles
I’m in a perpetual error code 30 with one of two ‘one’ speakers.they have been in storage and on setting them up one updated fine and the other is stuck on updating and then fails right at the end with error code 30 so far I have unplugged the other functioning speaker and tried to set up hard wired to the router and it says up to date and then tries to update again and fails showing version 11.1 just can’t seem to get round this! Any ideas?
I am having issues with my Sonos Play 3 and the S2 app on the iPhone. The Play 3 is in my garage which borders my family room where my Fios router is. I have a Boost connected via Ethernet to the router. When I am using the S2 app in the garage, the app says I’m not connected to WiFi (even though the phone itself is still connected to WiFi.) I can’t search on Spotify within the app, and I can’t control the Play 3’s volume. As soon as I go through the door into the house, the app reconnects and works normally. I’ve tried factory resetting all of the speakers and the boost. I’ve also tried resetting my router. I’ve tried changing the wireless channel for SonosNet I also tried changing the wireless channel settings on my router from automatic to manual. Nothing has helped How do I solve this problem? thanks,Rich
I'm having a number of problems with my system.- Will occasionally stop me from adding or removing systems from a playback group.- Systems are disappearing, before randomly returning.- Playback is stopping, or music is repeatedly restarting. All in all I'm getting more and more frustrated with Sonos.
Until recently, I used CONNECT:AMP to listen to music on my speakers connected to my receiver. I liked that the receiver would POWER ON whenever I selected music to play either through the Sonos app or the Amazon app. I had to update to PORT. Now the receiver doesn’t respond to the apps. I manually turn it on to hear the music through the speakers. Is there a way to remedy this?

Just got new router: Archer AX50My system:Kitchen - 2xsonos one gen2Living room: sonos beam + 2xone gen2 + sonos subBedroom: sonos amp with 2 passive speakers and subWhen i first got the router last Friday, i was able to get the current sonos system connected to the router by plugging one of the kitchen speakers directly in with an ethernet cable, connect the current network to the new 5ghz network, then unplug the speaker back to the kitchen and job done. Now i woke up this morning and couldn’t see the system again, repeated the step with connecting one speaker to the router again (after completed the sonos app recommended with unplug, restart router and so on).So what do i do now, do i have to factory reset and setup everything again from scratch, or what would work?
Sonos 2 App, music turns off when I click on play icon, but system doesn't allow to completely turn off and HH speakers in ceiling continue to hiss once music is turned off. Need to figure out how to shut down the app completely and hopefully that remedies th problem with the speakers hissing. Thank you.
Hi I have this problem that only 1 of the 2 Play:1's actually plays music. In the beginning it was only the left one that worked. Now the music switches from one speaker to the other. Sometimes both of them play. They both have their white LED lights showing and I can see both speakers in the app. I have had them for 1.5 year, but this problem started only a month ago. They are connected by WiFi and are wall mounted above the bar. I only use them to play Spotify. Diagnostic number: 1042496142 Thank you in advance!
