i see Play 1’s but can’t play music

Since the S1 update, I can see all speakers, amps, etc. but I can only play music from the amps. If I try the play 1’s all I get are errors that it is unable to play, from all of the streaming services.

You can try to power cycle the speaker for 1 minute.

See if there's an error code every time you're not able to play music. in that way we can identify the root cause of the problem.

Also, try to group all your Sonos devices and play some music if Play 1’s still unable to generate sounds submit a diagnostic report
