I no longer have my Sonos Roam device and I cannot remove it from the Sonos S2 app, the app says a problem with the product not found

Hi @JAVIER PY 

In time, your app will forget about the Roam - no action is required. This might be accelerated by the Roam being registered toa new owner.

Resuelto, dar de baja el dispositivo en tu Google home o en Amazon alexa 

 

Cierra la app Sonos 2 y ábrela de nuevo

Try a reboot of your router.
