I can't get the desktop app on my PC to recognize my new connect amp. Help please!

I did a wired setup to my connect amp, and the set-up app was happy. Then when I open the Sonos app on my PC it tells me it can't connect to Sonos? Arrrgggg!!! Frustrating.

I deleted the app and re-installed it again. Breezed thru the setup for the connect-amp no problem, but when I open the Sonos app it says we can't connect to sonos.

Hi ChristianG,

That sounds like there's a firewall or antivirus program blocking the connection. Please run through this guide to configure any firewall and antivirus programs you may be using.
