How to open a trouble ticket with Sonos for troubleshooting a delay issue?

When switching between TV (Spectrum) channels there is a moment of silence. Without Sono's play bar - no delay.

Hi, we can help here to start with. First off, if you haven't updated yet, go ahead and update to Sonos version 8.0. It's got some improvements for the PLAYBAR.
