Rang service support last week because having changed wifi routers and set up Sonos again, whole system disconnected. Went through various steps. Got it working again. Now it’s gone again just a week later.
had previously done various factory resets etc.
any ideas (a) how to reconnect a system of 6 speakers without doing resets on all? And (b) how to stop this happening repeatedly?
