Hi Have problem with my zp100 which keeps dropping out. I have submitted a diagnostics no. 6682967. Please help as continually stops playing after 2 mins

Hi billi5, welcome to the community. I'm afraid that diagnostic shows only a PLAYBAR so I don't think it's from yourself. Can you send another diagnostic and let us know the number for that one?
Hi Tom. I have switched off all my other Sonos devices and connected to the problem zp100. Within 5 secs the sound stopped. I have tried to do a diagnostics but it I keep getting the message that the diagnostics information cant be sent at this time. Not sure what I can now do ?
