HELP sonos one is extemy slow and laggy and diconnect A LOT from network

I’m recently have problem after a few great years with my ONE. As I wrote it gets disconnected a lot from the network and I can’t get any access to it.

also when trying to use airplay as I usually do it’s extremely slow and laggy.

I have troubleshoot Terrance from the crash on the app: 720999800

Can you please submit another diagnostic report since the current one is corrupted.

As a potential thing that might help, do a network refresh for your Sonos system. Corrupt diagnostics, disconnects, and laggy commands are all pretty good signs of bad network issues.

Unplug all of your Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. When the router comes back up after a minute or two, plug your Sonos devices back in to power. Give them a minute or two to reboot, and reconnect to the router, and then test, and try resubmitting a diagnostic.
