it is looking for your old computer ms music stored there. if you have your music on a new computer go into settings library settings and add path to music on your new computer to the library.
If the path referred to by @Chris already seems to be to the new computer, then please see this thread, which might be relevant

Thanks for responding. When I go to add it, it keeps saying that it can't find it! Even if I manually choose it. How do I know exactly where my music is now from iTunes?
