Help Setting Up

Have bought Play1 and followed instructions. Got as far as Plan B using Ethernet cable, get the lights and chime and then nothing. Any ideas, please?

Hi, Jane Dickinson. Thanks for raising this. Are you using any WiFi extenders? Are you sure you are on the correct WiFi? Is this an office environment (these are almost guaranteed to be problematic). Please double-check these points and let us know.
