Help needed - No lights

Hi there, tried to connect to my Sonos Play 5 (gen1) yesterday and it wasn’t appearing on my known devices on the app (Sonos S1)

Went over to the device itself and there were no lights on, pretty worried as I love my Play 5! Please can someone help?

Thanks a lot, will try that now.

The first things to check are obviously the power-source/cable/fuse etc; and if still no joy, then it might be hardware failure - you are perhaps best to speak to Sonos Support in that case and so perhaps contact them via this LINK.
