Help: Moved from USA to NZ and cannot access my Sonos account

I moved from the USA to New Zealand and am a long time Sonos user.  I just purchased my first new Sonos product in New Zealand and am trying to set up my network but every time I log in to my Sonos account it bounces me out with no error message and I cannot connect the new product. My US registered products are being shipped over but I really hope I can get a system set up here already with my NZ-purchased product.

Hi @pdk1972, welcome to the Sonos Community!

Just to confirm, is it in the app that you’re experiencing this issue? It may seem a bit obvious, but are you definitely choosing “Log In", rather than “Create Account"?

If not, do you have any other mobile devices available, and do you have the same issue on those?

It may also be worth double checking that you can log in to the website using the same details - let us know how you get on :)
