perhaps your internal IP changed for the url?
Which URL are you using?
Note that the Network Matrix is not available if you target a Boost (or Bridge).
I have noticed that a few on my S2 devices no longer work with the customsd url, also reported by others on stackoverflow. Could see no pattern to the devices that did not work.
