I have upgraded MacOSX to Sierra.
Controller cannot find Sonos. have powered up and down router and player.
Cannot manage sonos system. All greyed out.
Ideas welcome. If a Sonos upgrade is coming. Will wait.

Hi Graley,

The Sonos app is fully compatible with Mac OS Sierra. Make sure your Sonos app is updated to the latest version, which is 6.4 right now. If you're not sure you can remove the app and re-install it from www.sonos.com/support.

Take a look at your security settings and make sure the firewall is not blocking Sonos. Also, test if your Sonos system is controllable from another device such as phone or tablet.
