Google Play Playlist Found on Friend's Network But Not My Own

Hi - so when i am on my network at home and go to google play on my app to find my playlists in google play, there is only my thumbs up playlist. Whenever I go to my friend's house and join her network, I can see all of my google play playlists and play from them. Any ideas?
