Glitchy satellite speaker

Hi, I have the arc with a sub and two One SL’s as a surround set up. The rear left speaker has been really glitchy. It either drops sound or belts out bits at high volume intermittently. It performs well when it’s disconnected from the arc, either as a standalone or connected in stereo with the other satellite. Software is all up to date. Can anyone help?

Likely some sort of wifi interference, particularly in the 5Ghz range. When acting as a surround speaker, it connects to your Arc on a 5Ghz channel. When set up as a normal speaker, it connects either to a SonosNet or a standard router on a 2.4 GHz channel.

You might want to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing a dropout, and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.

Hi, thanks for this. I’ve run a diagnostic. The code is below.

We’ll have to wait for a Forum moderator to pick that up, if you’re unwilling to call in.
