from one sonos system to another

I have a Sonos system at home and one at the office. I brought one of my home speakers to connect to/add to the office system but I can't set it up. The light continues to be solid white only.

Since it was set up at home, it's looking for the necessary connection from your home. In order to add it to your office setup, you need to do a factory reset of the device, then add it as a "new" speaker.
