Flashing Red LED Light

My Sonos Play1 has suddenly stopped connecting to the WiFi and displays only a flashing red light. I have tried to reboot my router, unplug the sonos, and turn WiFi on and off on my iPhone and nothing helps. My Play1 was working Friday, and now seems to not be connecting. It is frustrating trying everything and having nothing work. I searched for a SONOS update and there wasn't one listed so I am at a loss.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hi, Hilary. Welcome to the community. Happy to help. Please try the following: Connect Your device to your router using an Ethernet cable, and then connect it to power. You’ll be able to return this player to its original location after this process. Then, in the app, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Wireless Setup. If this doesn't work, please let us know.
