I’ve got 2 speakers SL one and One both failed after 3months so they were replaced and they failed when 30 days anybody got any ideas?

I’d be double checking the power in my house. Over the years, I’ve owned a lot of Sonos equipment, and never had a failure. Seems odd to have two devices fail (although not impossible, just improbable). Electronics isn’t perfect, but Sonos’ failure rate is pretty low.
There are some folks here who use power protection/filter devices, since all Sonos devices are essentially computers inside a speaker.

I guess no-one in the user-community here, can rule out the possibility that you are just extremely unlucky and may have had multiple faulty products, but the chances of that do seem rather slim.
So I would also suggest you consider using power-surge protection, like Bruce mentions above, but maybe get the power-supply checked by a qualified electrician. It’s far too important to not get these things checked out and at the earliest opportunity.
I have two One SL’s, two One (gen 1’s) and 6 One (gen2’s) here at our Home and they’ve all been working fine (touch wood) and all have been working/continue-to-work, for well over 12 months (+plus..)
Before this, I had half a dozen older Play:1’s and had them a good many years too and passed those onto other family members and I believe even those are still all working fine.

We have spiky power here so I put everything electronic on surge suppressors. I have a collection of 2, 4, 6,and 8 outlet strip type ones as well as single and dual plug in versions.
The strips are handy for multiple devices while the plug-in ones are handy for Sub, Surrounds or single speakers. Pay attention to the Joules ratings, more the better.
