Facing an error with WD HDD

Dear Support,

 

I am facing an issue with Sonos. We have installed new WD My cloud HDD. The issue is that when we share the music from NAS with Sonos its showing an error which is “ Sonos was unable to share the Music folder. I have also follow the all steps which are enclosed in the link.

Is this with the ‘new’ version 5 of their firmware? You’d need to explicitly enable SMB v1.
