Existing system is not recognized

Recently, my app has stopped recognizing my system. When I open the app, it now says "You need to add at least one Sonos player to get the music started," and prompts me to add a player. I've tried to reset and try to connect to the existing system - no luck. I've also tried resetting my router. Both the app and my phone are up-to-date. Any ideas?
