Spotify doesn't work since 2 weeks ago. Everything else is OK (tidal, sonos radio, Tune In).

I'm with the latest app version, have already re-authorized my spotify acount and did a router and wifi reset, with no solution.

I can browse through albums and playlists, buy when I try to play a track it sends an error message and doesn't start.

When using the native spotify app, it shows me the sonos speaker is available, but it doesn't connect.

I have a Play:5 Gen 2

Thanks,

Have you tried unplugging the speaker from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your phone? You can also try deleting and reinstalling the Sonos and Spotify apps.

If that doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
